Dear Olly

Just to be clear (since there are no posts yet to help me), you are referring here to wine-making?

A " terroir " is a group of vineyards (or even vines) from the same region, belonging to a specific appellation, and sharing the same type of soil, weather conditions, grapes and wine making savoir-faire, which contribute to give its specific personality to the wine.

Unfortunately this is not so relevant to me, except that I am on the lookout for good quality Arab/Palestinian-made wines available in Israel.

If on the other hand you are talking about terror/terrorism, or if there is another forum with such a topic, I would be interested in such a discussion!

Thanks

James
