On 3rd June 2009 Graeme Green wrote: I’m looking to set up a few individual press trips for the second half of 2009 for travel articles. I’ve previously written travel pieces for national UK newspapers, magazines and websites, with circ figures of up to 2.8 million, including Metro, The Sun, Sunday Herald, New Statesman, Kindred Spirit and MSN. I’m looking to set up trips that are off-the-beaten-track, in far corners of the world, rather than mainstream trips or tours – particularly any new launches, routes or destinations for late 2009 or early 2010. I’m looking mainly for outdoors activities, from hiking to cycling to diving to horse-riding, especially anything different, quirky or with unique story hooks, plus anything involving wildlife. For example, I’ve completed past articles on night diving with giant manta rays (Hawaii), paragliding with trained vultures (Nepal), kayaking in wildlife reserves (California)… (I’m still keen to hear about group press trips, for late July onwards, but am focusing mainly on individual trips at the moment for late 2009/early 2010.) Look forward to hearing from you. Graeme Green Anyone who is interested please contact krissy@responsibletravel.com |
