Olly has worked for responsibletravelnews.com for the last three years. He helped set up the site as a place where people involved or interested in responsible tourism could come together to find news, jobs, useful resources and debate on important issues. Since taking on the role of editor, Olly has seen the site develop with great speed thanks to the hard work and talent of the team at Responsible Travel News.

Olly previously worked in the charity sector and has a strong interest in overseas development. This was backed up by doing a Masters degree in Rural Development at The University of Sussex. He spent some time working in Malawi and has been back several times and is keen to explore more of Africa. 

Having travelled extensively before settling in Sussex, Olly is keen to see more of the world with his family. Editing Responsible Travel News is a great opportunity for staying ahead on developments within responsible tourism and providing an outlet for all those people who believe in the potential that tourism has as a force for change.
